An Intuitive Mindset  Coach is a professional coach that follows the same principles and teachings of a traditional life or business coach. The difference is that an intuitive coach encourages you to tap into your own inner wisdom, your own authentic self. We help you change your life and live your dreams, by helping you access your intuition.

As your Intuitive Coach, I will hold space for you as we unpack problems. I will be your biggest cheerleader and support person. I’ll call you on your excuses, love you, have compassion and empathy for you, and give you a safe space to be you so that you can create the life that you want.

But, most importantly, I’ll hear you, see you, and believe in you!

As your guide, I journey alongside you through stories, pathways forgotten and remembered, healing the wounds of lived experiences, those co-created and those that were bestowed upon you from generational trauma and collapsing societal structures, integrating aspects of self-dismembered, pushed aside, shamed away and hiding in dark corners.

I use a combination of techniques and therapies to help my clients, depending on their needs and whatever they are drawn to – this creates a unique and bespoke service, that adapts and flows as we work through sessions. I can include practical coaching with NLP, counseling/talking therapy, happiness life coaching, positive mindset work, spiritual coaching, energy management, reiki, psychic guidance, card readings, using my intuition, and Law of Attraction coaching.

Many like to blend the practical side of coaching and NLP with the emotional and spiritual side of working on themselves, to realize the transformational benefits of energy work in their lives, and wish to deepen their knowledge of these areas. We can also incorporate and work with the Law of Attraction for those clients who are spiritually inclined.

I feel drawn on occasion, to using intuition in the sessions with my business and life coaching clients, to great benefit – they love that I intuitively know their blocks and how best to help them overcome these. I also close sessions with an Oracle card reading, as these usually confirm what we have discussed in session and/or give further guidance.
